Hi my name is Ben Johnson and I have been within the real estate industry for 9 years now with my whole career within Harvey’s and a majority of it in the Tokoroa Branch.
Buying or selling a home can be a complex and stressful time so I like to help people understand the process and make it as easy for them as I can – I am a people person and find it easy to communicate with all walks of life and it’s this bond that keeps me on my toes and always looking for new ways to make the process seamless from start to finish.
It is common knowledge that a real estate salesperson's job is to be the middle man in negotiation between clients and customers but building the relationship and rapport between both parties is paramount in all transactions. When you are a real estate sales person you are so much more than the title suggests and this is the reason why I am passionate about my job.
The smile on somebody's face when you hand over the keys or you achieve a great outcome for both parties is the most rewarding feeling in this line of work in my opinion.
