In 2015 Simon joined up as Part-Owner and Director of the Quay Group who own several Real Estate offices notably LJ Hooker Gisborne and Harveys BOP franchise expansion. From Property Management, Sales, Development and Acquisition the diversification and expertise the business bestows is a fitting of minds and aspirations as the group continues its growth strategy.

Simon enjoyed 9 years of real estate success in one of Australia’s most competitive real estate markets and was part of the highly acclaimed offices of Gold Coast Homes & Ray White Surfers Paradise. Simon galvanized a reputation in the Gold Coast market as one of the most dynamic and proficient operator’s around. He earned the acknowledgement and respect of real estate market leaders, well known and respected public identities and real estate principals up and down the Australian East Coast. Winning many peer and company awards have provided Simon with the acumen that can only be achieved through experience and success.

Previously as Regional General Manager Bayleys Real Estate Simon over-saw the Central and Inner West suburbs of Auckland. Simon was instrumental in bringing Bayleys to new markets by capitalizing on previous business dealings that lead to Bayleys opening 5 offices in the fringe city suburbs.

A country boy with country values, Simon lives with his wife and three children in Papamoa – where the section is large enough to require a ride-on lawnmower. Simon believes life is to be enjoyed, and that a day without laughter is a day wasted. His philosophy of ‘attack the day’ means he is always trying to fit as he can into 24 hours – whether travelling, mountain biking, tinkering around the house, or enjoying time out on the water. He’s a family man – a funny man – a fisherman; and when it comes to real estate, he’s your man.
