If self-sufficient living is important to you then imagine what could be done with this 18.2ha mini-farm. Currently running beef cattle and with the opportunity and space to grow fruit and veg means your visits to the supermarket may well become few and far between.

The land lies to the North East, and is subdivided into 7 paddocks, the contour is gentle and the pasture is lush. The dis-established milking shed has been converted to calf rearing pens and provides a central hub for the farming operation. Two dams are available to supply water via a 25,000 litre tank for the livestock.

Up a country lane and down a long driveway, a 1910’s built Kauri clad farmhouse with lovely wooden floors and 3 generous bedrooms graces one corner of the property, and gives the new owner the opportunity to turn it into a charming rural residence and haven from the world. Your nearest neighbours are over 400 metres away so your privacy is complete.

The property also features a sizeable stand of native bush which with further investigation could become the basis of a second title.

Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Wellsford- a friendly service town with farm support business’, the saleyards, cafés and boutique shops. Access to Auckland is easy using either State Highway 1 or 16. Just a few minutes the other way to the historic settlement of Port Albert with its reserve, café and boat ramps.
The price is plus GST (if any)

Dear Mark

You deserve a medal and a BIG thank you for making the sale of our property happen!!

Your quiet confidence and re-assurance allowed us to see our way to the end of the auction…and beyond.

The auction process was a first for us, and to begin with a little daunting.  However, your professional yet matter-of-fact approach to everything from the open homes to the auction procedure itself, helped to keep us grounded throughout.

Thanks for everything, Mark. Keep in touch and call in anytime for a cuppa.

All the best

Mark Enticott of Harveys is the Real Estate Agent who sold us a section in Port Albert earlier this year.

Through all our dealings with Mark we have found him to be trustworthy and helpful. We had never bought land before so didn’t really know what we were doing! Mark answered all our questions and made the process of buying the land very easy for us beginners. When we encountered a few issues along the way Mark helped ensure things ran smoothly.

Mark has always been professional, approachable and genuine, and he goes above and beyond what we expected of a real estate agent. He even introduced us to our new neighbours and to the owner of the general store. Additionally, Mark knows a lot about the Port Albert/Wellsford area. We are very happy with the help we received from Mark. We highly recommend him to anyone who needed a real estate agent.
