Simon then took over and did a great job as auctioneer to get us a sale price we were very happy with. One feature we love about the Harveys style is the on-site auctions. The bidders are there, they are in the environment they are bidding for, any doubts and they just need to look around to be reminded how good the property is. Much better than a slide show in a room where other properties are being auctioned in turn.

We can't emphasise too much how Tim's sales skills and attention to detail and Simon's auction skills got us the results we wanted both for the purchase and for the sale.
